The Playhouse, with its popular bar and leafy riverside terrace, attracts sell-out shows with the nation’s best stand-up comedians, great jazz and young, contemporary drama and dance. There are five exhibition areas during the Fringe Festival; the upper and lower Galleries, the Playroom, the Bar and the Sculpture garden.
The building is open from 10am till late seven days a week. All areas are open for the general public during normal opening hours. Please Note: The Upper Gallery will be closed on evenings when there are no shows happening in the venue. Check out ‘What’s On’ on the website to see the autumn programme of events.
